You understand and accept our refund and cancellation policies.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the selected store currency.
Full payment must be received before order processing.

Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled.
4. Refund / Exchange Policy
We understand that customers may occasionally be dissatisfied with a purchase. However:
We DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item is received faulty.
Refunds or exchanges are provided strictly for genuine manufacturing defects.
Approval of faulty claims is at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not considered faulty upon inspection.
The following are not considered faults:
Loose threads
Slight variations in stitching
Minor bead/button/lace looseness
Slight size give or take
Minor colour variation due to lighting/screen settings
5. Faulty Item Claims
If you receive a faulty item:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, clear photos, and details of the defect.
Once a return is approved:
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued for the item price only, excluding original postage and packing costs.
6. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, we do not offer cancellations.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled if you change your mind.

Most of our products are custom-tailored using fine fabrics and delicate accessories.
Dry clean is recommended for most products.
Casual items may be hand washed or washed on gentle/hand-wash settings.
Always wash light and dark colours separately.
Use colour-catching sheets for mixed fabrics.
Do not use bleach or harsh stain removers.
Dry flat away from direct sunlight.
Iron at a moderate temperature.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or handling.
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct washing method.
9. Product Variations
Due to the nature of fabrics and handwork:
Slight colour differences may occur.
Measurements may vary slightly.
Handmade embellishments may vary slightly from images.
These do not qualify as defects.
